Crystal Blue Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider now registered for 0138 Assistance with Supported Independent Living.
We have successfully passed our mid-term audit and are currently accepting suitable SIL-related referrals across Western Sydney and surrounding areas.
Our SIL-related supports may include personal care, daily routines, meal preparation, household tasks, medication prompts, community access, transport, skill-building and support to participate in everyday life.
We work with participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers to understand each person’s goals, support needs, preferences and risks before commencing services
